Well this is the first time I have blogged and so this is going to be interesting! For you and for me too!
Since the only ones I am doing this for are those far from us....I will tell you that right now we are in a HARD place like many of those in these Great United States are! Tommy has found out that he will be loosing his job with General Motors, and it is sooner than they thought. He will be out in the spring if not sooner. So this post may be coming from a box when that happens!
Stacy has completed her associates. She graduated from Baker College in June! We are SO proud of her. She is still working as a bartender tho as she makes good money doing that and I personally think she likes the excitement there! She is gal who loves the action and always has been!
Sam is a senior in High school, in the last few weeks we have dealt with a ton from him. He rear ended someone on the way to school and ended up not hurting his car but really messed up the gal's car that he hit....so that night he was not so cool with driving but HAD to go out with the gang. Long story REAL short he ended up letting his friend drive and HE wrecked Sam's car.
That was a 1:00 am call that no Mom wants, "Mom my car is totaled, I am freaking out here!" So once I calmed him down and got some info out of him, I was off to get the boys. No one was seriously injured but the little girl with them did have a gash above her eye and had to go to the ER. Thank God it was not serious and she was released. Since that day he has lost his job also. The little black cloud that he has over him just never stops. My Dad and Sam are currently in the process of getting the car back on the road. If nothing else it is good bonding time for the two of them, and Sam is learning a ton in the process also.
Sid is just starting basketball season. That is always a fun time and makes the winter go by faster as we have games to go to and gets us out. He is a sophomore this year and so far he is doing pretty good with his grades. Now any parents who expect A's would think I am nuts as I am thrilled with C's ~D's gosh anything that passes is pleasing me! Sid is dating a girl that he has liked for like three years~! They are ga~ga over one another. But no mention of her is allowed so just know that he is in puppy love at the moment.
As for me, I am currently working at the daycare center that my sister owns. I work with the Preschoolers three days a week, and the toddlers one day and on the ideal week I have Friday off. Yep I am a slacker!
I will try to keep up on this as I know that some of you might be interested in the happenings of the Adams clan.
